As a quilt pattern designer, Shannon likes to use pre-cut fabric collections. She loves the versatility and scrappy look created using pre-cut bundles. She also enjoys making quilt patterns out of solid fabrics, as these are very traditional looking and eye catching.

Shannon is also a free-lance, published, co-author of multiple science textbooks.
