The color palette in this pattern is swappable!  Any layer cake fabric can be used and swapped for a new palette to satisfy your quilt decor preferences.  This quilt featured used Moda Fabrics April Showers Layer Cake.
 
Fabric requirements:
1 Layer Cake, April Showers by Moda is shown (Note, 1 layer cake consists of 42 pieces of
fabric pre-cut into 10 inch squares. Alternately, 21 Fat Quarters can be used and
trimmed to fit 10 inch squares.)
1 1/2 yard cream for the block borders
1 yard lime green for sashing and borders
1/2 yard red for friendship stars in the border
Backing fabric: 5 yards.
Binding fabric: 3/4 yard.
Finished Size: 72” by 72”
